BOOKINGS & PAYMENT
Torona Pty Ltd T/as Anywhere Travel (“Anywhere Travel”) must receive a non-refundable deposit within 7 days of making air bookings, even if some flights are not confirmed .In some cases a deposit may be required in order to proceed with tour or hotel reservations.

Balance is due as per confirmation and prior to departure. of payment GST is included in tariff where applicable. Payment of deposit is your confirmation and acceptance of Booking Conditions. Anywhere Travel reserves the right to charge amendment fees for reissued tickets, change to hotel or tour bookings or incorrect names being advised to us. Some taxes will need to be paid locally and are not included in the ticket cost.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
Cancellations will incur charges or fees as levied by all suppliers, which in some cases can be as high as 100% if cancelled just before departure.
Tour costs are expressed in Australian dollars shown this and are subject to review and change until the final payment is received by Anywhere Travel. Airlines charge according to the prevailing fare for re- ticketing. Refunds are at the discretion of individual suppliers. Anywhere Travel reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee in addition to the supplier cancellation fees.

INSURANCE
We strongly recommend insurance to cover against cancellation, illness personal liability and theft of your personal belongings. The policy should be issued when the deposit is paid. Please note that insurance must be paid in full and a completed form received by Anywhere Travel before a policy can be issued. with.

PASSPORTS & VISAS
A valid machine-readable passport (with a validity of at least 6 months after return date) is required for all persons departing from Australia (and for non-Australians citizens a valid Australian re-entry visa. Australian passport holders require an entry visa for countries (including EEC and USA for stays longer than 90 days). Non-Australian passport holders must check on their own individual visa requirements. It is the responsibility of any traveller, who has a recorded police conviction (regardless of how minor) to check with the relevant consulate for entry requirements. We can assist in obtaining the necessary documentation; however, it is the passenger’s sole responsibility to ensure they are in possession of the necessary visas and current passport for entry to countries they are visiting.

Anywhere Travel, its respective servants, agents and employees shall not be liable for any death, injury, damage, loss, property (including baggage), additional expenses, accident, delay or irregularity or misdescription, whether to property, person or otherwise resulting directly or indirectly from delay, changes in accommodation, breakdown in equipment or vehicles, weather, strike, sickness, theft, cancellation of or changes in itinerary, or other causes beyond our control. The right is also reserved by Anywhere Travel to alter the price, cancel or withdraw any property, component, service or tour. All fares are subject to change by you
