Our team is passionate about travel. We understand what it takes to have a really pleasurable trip – whether it is for business or holiday. It means having a well-thought out itinerary, the most logical and best-priced airfares, great advice about places to stay as well as information about the myriad details that will make for a smooth and easy trip.
We’ve been arranging travel for many thousands of clients since we opened our doors in 1982. During this time, we’ve amassed substantial knowledge about great places to visit and the best way to get there – information that we pass on to you to ensure your trip is as comfortable as possible and a wonderful experience for you.
We’ve also developed strong relationships with key suppliers. This translates into significantly discounted airfares, hotel rates and more.
We have particular expertise in corporate travel management and look after the travel needs of many companies as well as Sydney University, the University of NSW and UTS.
The buying power we generate as a result means that we can secure the lowest priced fares and hotel reservations around. Research conducted by our technology partner Sabre Pacific (which we use for fare pricing and reservations) has shown that we are able to offer savings of between 12% and 20% or up to US$132 per ticket on average. How we serve you better
• Anywhere Travel is known by all airlines as a tough negotiator on fares. Our goal is to drive costs down to deliver increased value and service for your travel dollar.
• You are allocated a consultant to take care of your needs – and our low staff turnover rates means you can expect great continuity of personal service.
• We offer at least two alternatives for each route, chosen from the most logical and best priced fares of the day.
• You can deal with us via our website, or drop by in person to our office in Kingsford in Sydney. Unlike many travel agencies, we’re also open on Saturdays.
• We have particular experience in arranging complicated itineraries, including those that are not ex-Australia.
• If your flight is cancelled or delayed, call us and we can rebook your flights and onward flights for you. This avoids waiting in airport queues or dealing with an airline automated call centre, which could be the case had you booked your flights yourself.
• We have an after hours emergency call number that is manned by a staff member – not a call centre. This means that if things go wrong, you will be in touch with someone who is able to quickly access important information about your trip.
• We use the latest technology and offer the ability for you to log in to our secure website to check your travel information.
• We get to know your preferences and can store important personal details to save you having to find them each time you book with us.
• We’ll keep you informed about great travel discounts and package deals via our newsletter. We also offer free information nights to help you plan for a special trip.
• We’ve been to most places we arrange travel for (or have contacts who have) and so we can supply you with tips about each of your destinations to help you to get the most out of your trip. We can also assist with visa applications and more.
